Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead plays a critical role in managing technology within complex projects, offering expert guidance to development teams and ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions. This position demands a strong technical background in SQL Server, alongside leadership capabilities to enhance team performance and uphold high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter for data integration and migration.
• Analyze existing ETL jobs and modify mappings to support migration from Sybase to SQL Server.
• Collaborate with database administrators and application teams to ensure smooth migration and data integrity.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability in the new SQL Server environment.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and validation of ETL jobs post-migration.
• Document technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and migration steps.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $62000per year

Pay Range Maximum: $127600 per year

Compensation and Benefits:

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
