This role will be responsible for Ensuring a safe working environment and promoting environmental responsibility. Partnering with leaders, individual contributors, and sites to provide a workplace free of recognized hazards. Providing tools and resources to educate employees on EHS hazards. Ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and country-specific EHS regulations. Reducing environmental impact through sustainable waste and environmental best practices. Managing employee safety, functional safety, operational safety, laser and radiation safety, safety in design and integration, safety engineering. Conducting site/space audits and inspections, emergency response, chemical compliance. Supporting EHS training, incident reporting
Skills set:
Required 3 years of data center EHS experience in finished space or during construction processes.
Knowledge and experience with LOTO and NFPA70e.
Knowledge and experience with incident investigation, root cause analysis and employee after incident care.
OSHA 30, OSHA 511/510 required certifications
OSHA 501/500, STSC, CHST, ASP, CSP are sought after
National Safety Council certifications sought after are the SSH, CSHO and SHEP.
Responsibilities:
Respectable attendance record
Complete daily walks, audits and customer compliance asks
Audit pretask plans and ensure ladder inspections are completed/documented. Establish times and provide weekly tool box talks.
Add and monitor employee compliance within our online training database.
Attend customer and employer meetings. Be invested and involved. Lead by example.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
Salary : $64,000 - $83,200
