Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
- Develop and optimize data processing workflows in Azure Databricks using PySpark.
- Integrate data from multiple sources into a unified data platform.
- Ensure data quality, security and compliance across all processes.
- Collaborate with data architects, analysts and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Implement best practices for data governance, metadata management and data lineage.
Minimum Mandatory Skills : ADF, Data Bricks
Desired Skills : Python, PySpark
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in data engineering and data platform development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks and PySpark.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing and big data processing.
- Familiarity with Azure ecosystem (Data Lake, Synapse, Key Vault, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience level : 6–8 years
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $ 65000
Pay Range Maximum: $ 134200

Compensation and Benefits:
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
