Support business transformation and operational improvements across life insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze life insurance processes including underwriting, policy administration, claims, and servicing
Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements and improvement opportunities
Document business requirements, process flows, and solution recommendations
Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement process or system improvements
Support digital transformation and operational efficiency initiatives
Required Skills
8–10 years Life Insurance domain experience
Knowledge of life insurance lifecycle including underwriting, policy servicing, and claims
Experience in requirement documentation (BRD/FRD) and process mapping
Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery models

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
