- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the timely and effective execution of test plans and test cases.
- Develop and implement testing processes and procedures for testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, and java based projects.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Conduct automation testing using testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, and java to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and defects to project stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on testing best practices and tools.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, and java.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a testing team.

Salary : $50 - $58
