🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own and grow a strategic banking relationship. This role requires a client-facing leader who can build strong executive relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure delivery excellence while positioning technology and consulting solutions as long-term business enablers.
You will have end-to-end responsibility for account performance, growth, and client satisfaction, working closely with delivery, consulting, and leadership teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Own overall account strategy, growth, and relationship management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior banking stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, Business Heads)
- Drive revenue growth, renewals, and account expansion
- Identify and shape opportunities across:
Application Development & Maintenance
Core Banking, Payments & Cards
Cloud & Infrastructure
Data, Analytics & AI
Digital Transformation & Modernization
- Lead proposals, commercials, deal structuring, and contract negotiations
- Partner with delivery leaders to ensure high-quality execution and SLA adherence
🔹 Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in IT services or consulting
- Strong experience managing large Banking accounts
- Solid understanding of banking domains such as:
Core Banking Platforms
Payments & Digital Channels
Risk, Compliance, AML, KYC
- Thorough understanding of technology and how AI is impacting the Banking Industry
- Investment Banking Domain understanding
- Fintech in Banking
- Proven ability to grow accounts and engage senior executives
- Strong commercial acumen including pricing and contract management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
