Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in customer support, data entry, and possess excellent social media knowledge. With some IT/help desk experience (not required).
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist with sales inquiries and product information
- Maintain customer records and update databases
Experience/Education
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Previous experience in customer service is required
- 1-2 years of remote work experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $19.00 per hour
Pay Range Maximum: $21.63 per hour

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
