UI/UX Senior Design Lead Alameda,California Job Summary The Senior Design Lead in UI/UX Designs will be responsible for leading the design team in creating innovative user experiences and interfaces for digital products. The role involves setting the creative direction, collaborating with cross functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead the ui/ux design team in conceptualizing and developing user centric designs for web and mobile applications. 2. Define the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. 3. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions that meet project objectives. 4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user experiences. 5. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively. 6. Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development. 7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes. Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in ui/ux design tools such as adobe creative suite, sketch, figma, etc. 2. Strong understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies. 3. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. 4. Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions. 5. Experience in creating responsive designs for various screen sizes and devices. 6. Solid communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
