Pay rate: $60 to $70/hr.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of web and mobile applications within the healthcare space. This role involves creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs while working closely with product, engineering, and research teams. Designers will contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring cohesive and intuitive experiences across digital products. One position will focus on product design; another will emphasize data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design for mobile and web products.


• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.


• Develop visually polished interfaces aligned with brand and UI standards.


• Work within and extend the existing design system.


• Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to deliver user-centered solutions.


• Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability best practices.


• Drive high-quality implementation with agile development teams.


• (Data Visualization role) Create clear and meaningful dashboards and data-driven visuals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Factors, HCI, or related field.


• 3 years of experience (6 preferred) in product design.


• Strong portfolio showcasing recent mobile and consumer product work.


• Proficiency in Figma; experience with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.


• Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and UI patterns.


• Experience with design systems and component creation.


• Strong prototyping and animation skills.


• Solid understanding of accessibility and usability principles.


• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Consumer product design (must-have).


• Start-up environment experience.


• Healthcare or medical device exposure.


• Experience designing AI-related features.


• Experience with hybrid mobile design (iOS Android)

Portfolio Requirement:

• A portfolio link must be included with the resume. (Include password if applicable.)
