SAP ECC - Sales and Distribution Lead Consultant
Job Summary
The Lead Consultant for SAP ERP Sales and Distribution is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the SAP ERP system with a specific focus on the Sales and Distribution module. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring the system, and providing guidance to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with business objectives. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for the sales and distribution module.
2. Configure the sap erp system to meet the specific needs of the organization related to sales processes.
3. Lead and support the implementation of sap erp projects, including system integration, testing, and training activities.
4. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the sales and distribution module to address any system issues or enhancements.
5. Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and data integrity within the sap erp system.
6. Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
7. Stay updated on sap erp sales and distribution trends and developments to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of sap erp sales and distribution module functionalities and configuration.
2. Proficiency in sap sd (sales and distribution) processes, including pricing, order management, delivery processing, and sales information system.
3. Strong understanding of integration points between the sales and distribution module and other sap modules like finance (fi) and warehouse management (wm).
4. Experience in sap erp implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and training.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
6. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
7. Project management skills to lead sap erp projects efficiently.
Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate Sales and Distribution, preferable.
