The Sr. IaaS Administrator plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by delivering advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Azure-based infrastructure. This role focuses on root cause analysis and proactive solutions, ensuring a robust security posture while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Complex Incidents By Utilizing Azure Iaas And Terraform, Performing Root Cause Analysis, And Implementing Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues Efficiently.
2. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Maintaining A Strong Security Posture.
3. Contribute To Knowledge Base Updates And Management, Facilitating The Onboarding Of Newcomers And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities And Service Quality.
4. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Delivering Support, Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies.
5. Drive Customer Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Preventing Case Reopens, Thereby Mitigating Security Threats Effectively.
