Job description:
The NOA Analyst will be responsible for accurately processing, validating, and maintaining new owner account records in accordance with Client policies, contractual agreements, and quality standards. This role ensures all post-sale administrative activities are completed within agreed timelines, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and delivering high service levels to internal and external stakeholders. The Analyst will work closely with Sales, Contracts, and Customer Service teams to ensure a smooth transition from purchase to ownership setup
Key Responsibilities.
- Contract & Data Processing
- Review and process new owner contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation into Client systems.
- Validate ownership details, financial information, and entitlement allocations against contract terms.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of records before finalizing account setup.
- Quality & Compliance
- Check all entries for compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive owner and contract information.
- Identify and flag discrepancies, missing documentation, or policy violations for correction.
- Issue Handling & Support
- Respond to internal queries from Sales, Contracts, and Customer Service regarding ownership record status.
- Research and resolve basic ownership discrepancies, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of pending or incomplete files.
- Performance & Reporting
- Track and log daily processing volumes and error corrections.
- Assist in preparing status reports and performance metrics for team leads or management.
- Contribute to process improvement discussions by sharing recurring challenges or observations.
- Documentation & System Updates
- Maintain organized digital and/or physical files for all processed contracts.
- Update system records promptly when changes, corrections, or additional entitlements are applied.
· Proofread entries to ensure data integrity prior to final submission.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in administrative processing, data entry, or contract administration (hospitality or vacation ownership experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Good organizational and time management skills to meet processing deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn ownership/CRM systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- 18 Months in the role for NOA Analyst. Experience of Mortgage document reviews preferred.
- Timeshare Property experience preferred
Minimum Skills
- Typing speed to be > 30 Words/Minute & Accuracy of 95%
- Good English Comprehension Skills (written & verbal)
- Logical & Numerical Reasoning skills

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
