Legal Analyst
Introduction
The Legal Analyst will be responsible for analyzing legal documents related to IHCDA and supporting the legal team in various tasks. The role requires attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work with sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and review legal documents pertaining to IHCDA
- Provide support to the legal team in research and preparation of legal documents
- Assist in maintaining legal files and documentation
- Participate in activities that further the mission of IHCDA
- Work on a wide variety of tasks as requested by the legal team
Requirements
Required Skills
- Educational degree such as a Paralegal degree or certificate
- Experience in a law firm, government legal department, corporate legal department, or equivalent setting with exposure to legal terms and procedures
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking skills
- Willingness and ability to take on new tasks
- Ability to work with sensitive information without divulging to unauthorized parties
- Knowledge of IHCDA
- Customer service orientation
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Proactive in identifying and addressing problems
