What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financials ERP Business Analyst - DE Locals Hybrid position at HCL Global Systems?
Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 years supporting ERP Finance or ERP implementations
Workday and/or PeopleSoft, including process analysis and requirements mapping
Financial functional areas including Budget, Pay to Procurement, AR, Billing, Projects / Grants, Assets Management, and GL
Proven ability to gather, translate, and communicate complex business requirements to both technical and executive audiences
Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and migration validation
Strong executive presence with the ability to present confidently to C-suite and senior government leadership
Experience developing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases
Familiarity with RACI frameworks and RAID log contributions from a BA perspective
Experience with SDLC, Agile, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
