What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Integrated Strategy: Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies that unite PR, digital, web, content, creative, and social into one cohesive plan
- Client Leadership: Serve as the lead for key accounts, while building trust, anticipating needs, and delivering proactive, strategic recommendations
- Team Leadership Development: Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance, coaching and growth opportunities
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, manage billing accuracy and hours reporting, and ensure team alignment for efficient project delivery
- Performance Insights: Use analytics and KPIs to evaluate performance, optimize campaigns, and report meaningful results that demonstrate ROI
- Agency Growth: Collaborate with agency leadership on new business development, proposal strategy and thought leadership initiatives
- Culture Champion: Model and reinforce HCK2’s core values while fostering collaboration, curiosity and accountability
- Strategic Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in marketing, communications, and technology to keep client strategies fresh and forward-thinking
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- 10 years of marketing or communications experience (agency experience required)
- Proven success in developing and leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong client leadership and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable, measurable strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of how earned, owned, and paid media work together
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation, efficiency and growth
