This position provides support to the office and employees through clerical tasks, errands, and client services.
Administrative Assistant, Front Desk Administrator, Receptionist
Serves as receptionist by answering calls and greeting clients.
Manages conference room schedules.
Sorts and distributes incoming mail; prepares and records outgoing mail.
Maintains appearance of common areas and cleanliness of breakroom/kitchen daily.
Runs daily errands.
Maintains inventory and organization of office supply closet and maintenance closet.
Accepts client documents and payments.
Posts client payments.
Preps returns for obtaining client signatures.
Sets up and maintains client data/profiles in software.
Maintains appearance of common areas and cleanliness of breakroom/kitchen daily.
Additional duties an Administrative Assistant may perform:
Cross trains with other administrative roles to maintain office efficiency.
Stocks workstations with paper and toner
Other duties as assigned

Experience, Education and licenses:
Two years of customer service in a professional office
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent require
Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving history
Software:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
