HCI Systems Inc. is a rapidly growing low-voltage contracting company based in California. We are seeking a Construction Billing Specialist to join our team in Ontario to support our Accounting Team with our billing process. Prior hands-on experience with billings is required.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit AIA billings (G702/G703) accurately and efficiently
- Complete and submit GC payment applications through platforms such as Textura, GC pay applications, Procore, or other GC platforms
- Collect, track, and log subcontractor and supplier lien releases
- Monitor submitted billings and follow up with general contractors to ensure timely review
- Work closely with our general contractors and project managers to support monthly progress billings
- Manage a high-volume billing workload, processing hundreds of invoices per month
- Monitor and respond to billing rejections and coordinate corrections with the Project Manager
- 3-4 years of experience with construction billing
- Knowledge of Textura, GCPay, Procore, and other GC platforms/portals
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to problem-solve
