What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charge Nurse Per Diem Variable Shifts position at HCH brand?
The Charge Nurse ensures quality patient care 24/7 and serves as a clinical resource with advanced clinical knowledge and skills. Oversees staff in nursing areas which is done in coordination with the nursing managers of these departments or in their absence. Emergency Care Services and/or Intensive Care Services experience preferred, or willing to train in Emergency Care and Intensive Care Departments.
