Youth Haven Services is a comprehensive mental health agency specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and their families. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional to join our growing Intensive In-Home (IIH) program as a Team Lead serving clients throughout Person County, NC.

ENHANCED RATE: $140 PER BILLABLE CONTACT

About the Role

The IIH Team Lead is responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for children and adolescents with behavioral or mental health needs.

This position combines direct clinical work with team leadership, clinical guidance, coordination, and oversight. Services are provided in clients' homes and throughout the community in Person County, following Youth Haven Services policies and North Carolina state guidelines.

The ideal candidate is a strong clinician who enjoys helping others succeed, is comfortable working independently, and is passionate about supporting children and families in community-based settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy according to the consumer's Person-Centered Plan.

• Complete clinical assessments and reassessments.

• Provide clinical guidance, direction, and support to IIH team members.

• Conduct weekly team meetings and monitor case progress, interventions, and overall team performance.

• Support compliance with intakes, authorizations, reauthorizations, documentation, and productivity requirements.

• Track treatment outcomes and ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation.

• Assist with transition and discharge planning.

• Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community partners.

• Support team members in addressing clinical challenges and developing effective interventions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related human services field.

• Current North Carolina Licensure or Provisional Licensure (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, etc.).

• Minimum of one year of documented clinical experience with the population served.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

• Ability to travel throughout Person County for home- and community-based services.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional and ethical behavior.

• Ability to effectively engage and support children, adolescents, and families.

• Strong assessment, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills.

• Ability to lead, supervise, coach, and support team members.

• Skilled in documentation, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to analyze information and develop effective, individualized interventions.

• Ability to work collaboratively with families, professionals, and community partners.

Compensation

$140 PER BILLABLE CONTACT

Youth Haven Services offers an enhanced billable-contact rate of $140 for the IIH Team Lead position.
