Job Summary And Qualifications
The VP Quality promotes high quality, patient-centered care by overseeing aspects of the Quality Management/Patient Safety Program and Performance Improvement programs across complex organizations (multi-site campus, service lines). The Vice President ensures the facilitation and utilization of diverse strategies and communication for quality and performance improvement, providing an integrated framework for monitoring, evaluating, and improving quality of care. The Vice President promotes performance improvement to drive care excellence and oversees the hospital regulatory and accreditation program. Relocation bonus available

What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelors Degree in nursing or health-related field required; Masters Degree in nursing or health-related field preferred
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License
- Clinical License preferred; CPHQ or CHCQM required or within 12 months of hire
- 3 years data analysis in a healthcare setting required
- 4 years experience in healthcare quality/risk management with demonstrated leadership required
