Responsibilities
- The Team Leader helps coordinate staff schedules
- Assists Office manager with office tasks
- The Team Leader will be responsible for finding coverage for call outs/and or filling in
- Reports to office manager
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- PCA Experience
- Must be able to be a Critical Thinker with Problem-Solving Skills
- Must have 2-3 year of Home health Management /Team Lead in the healthcare field
- Must have great Organization, Attention to Detail, Time-Management, Interpersonal & communication skills.
- MUST HAVE DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Strong communication skills and an ability to engage with a diverse patient population.
- Ideal candidate must be a people person, compassionate, hardworking and goal driven
