Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their North Florida Division is recruiting a Medical Director to be based at HCA Florida West Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.

Qualified Candidates:
- AP/CP Board Certification required
- 2 years of hospital-based Medical Director experience preferred
- Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP
- Recent general surgical pathology and clinical interpretations
- Recent experience performing frozen sections
- Case volumes: Approximately 3,500 Surgical, 265 Cytology, 60 bone marrow, 500 peripheral smear review cases a year
- Number of staff on site: Two full-time pathologists (including the medical director), one full-time PA, and one full-time Cytotechnologist
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing a group
- Florida licensed or ability to obtain
