You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum. What will you will do in this role:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
- Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement Job Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
- 2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Current BLS required
- Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
