This Work from Home position requires that you live and will perform the duties of the position; within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital (Our hospitals are located in the following states: FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MO, NV, NH, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Collections Analyst is responsible for working reconciliations, processing IPLAN change request, working default reports, working collection pools as assigned and assisting Collectors as needed.

In this role you will:

• Performs the Artiva reconciliation and ensures any issues are resolved timely.
• Process IPLAN changes timely as requested.
• Performs daily balancing of the AR Completes the SMA 3 Exhibit (if applicable)
• Work reports as assigned
• Work eRequest queues as assigned.
• Works pools as assigned
• Manages special processes related to processing accounts restored with an AX status
• Support Collections work from home as needed.
• Maintains productivity and QA standards.

Qualifications:

• One year of related experience required.
