HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced, full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our established and collegial anesthesia team at HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital in the heart of Tampa.
This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with a consistent weekday schedule, no call, no nights, and no weekends. CRNAs practice full scope in a fast-paced environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and mutual respect.
Position Overview
- Full-time, W-2 hospital-employed position
- Care Team model consisting of 4 Physicians and 10 CRNAs
- Diverse case mix including Bread & Butter, General Surgery, Vascular, Orthopedics, Urology, GI, Bariatrics, and a growing Spine Surgery service line
- No OB, no trauma, and no cardiac cases
- Day shift: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., four days per week
- No call, no nights, and no weekends
- Practice full scope with autonomy in a collaborative, collegial environment
Qualified Candidates
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Experienced CRNA comfortable practicing in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within an established anesthesia care team
