HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the growing team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital, a well established facility located in Brooksville Florida just north of Tampa.
This opportunity offers schedule flexibility, strong compensation, and a broad case mix within a collaborative care team model.
Position Highlights
- Anesthesia care team model with 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs
- Diverse case mix including general ortho cardiac thoracic vascular OB GI and endoscopy
- Set schedule with flexible options including 8, 10, 12, 16 hour shifts and OB 24 hour shifts
- No call requirement and minimal weekend coverage
- CRNAs perform arterial lines administer medications and perform select peripheral nerve blocks with proficiency
- Opportunity to participate in cardiac cases if desired
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive tiered base salary plus 30000 geographic stipend
- 15000 additional stipend for cardiac proficiency
- Up to 75000 start bonus and relocation assistance available
