- Applicants must be acute care boarded, licensed NP or PA with an active Florida license before starting the fellowship
- Rotations with focus on critically ill cardiovascular, medical, neuro, and surgical patient populations
- Receive feedback through exams, regular evaluations by each mentor, and competency-based procedure validation forms
- Supervised Clinical hours and dedicated educational hours each week
- 36-48 hours each week combined clinical work and didactic learning
- 15 clinical shifts per month with protected didactic learning
- Timeline: Program to start Sept/Oct 2026 and conclude Summer 2027
- W2 Employed position, Salary and Benefits provided
