Role Description The Controller role at HCA Florida Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Lehigh Acres, FL. Qualifications
- Strong financial management and accounting skills, including general ledger oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with financial reporting, audit support, internal controls, and compliance with healthcare or highly regulated industry standards.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP software, spreadsheets, and reporting applications), with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
