The Content Quality Control Analyst is crucial for ensuring the quality of all documents we create for our clients. The purpose of this role is to meticulously review and validate that all statements, notices, and letters accurately reflect the data provided by our clients. Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include the following:

Document and conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of document workflow outputs to ensure they accurately reflect the provided data.

Coordinate with other teams to troubleshoot issues, develop effective quality assurance processes, and continually improve overall test strategy.

Verify factual accuracy, formatting, and compliance with client-specific and regulatory requirements, meticulously identifying and reporting errors.

Ensure all dynamic content, variables, and data fields are correctly populated and function as intended within the document templates.

Develop and maintain comprehensive quality checklists, process documentation, and explore automation to standardize the review process, ensure consistency, and increase testing efficiency.

Stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory changes in financial document processing to continuously improve our QA/QC procedures.

Education, Experience, and Certifications
Required

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology related field or 3 years of relevant experience

Experience with Jira and/or other ticketing system

Familiar with various standard file structures such as CSV, XML, and JSON

Experience with PDF tools

Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing projects and holding people accountable

Demonstrable experience with both manual and automated testing

Basic understanding of SQL and relational data

Experience with various scripting languages such as JavaScript or Powershell

Experience with Quadient Inspire/GMC composition tools
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
Work will be performed in an HC3 office or remote office space. If approved for remote work, the home office must be appropriate for focused work without distractions and in compliance with the Remote Work and Access Policy. Fully remote employees will be required to occasionally travel to the main Irondale, AL office for critical team meetings.
Travel
This position requires little to no travel. This role may be required to occasionally travel to an HC3 office for team meetings
Physical Demand
This role will require using a computer for long periods of time while either sitting or standing.
Position Type and Expected Hours
This is a full-time position for five, eight-hour days (at least 40 hours) per week. Typical workdays begin at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, and include a one-hour lunch break, circumstances may require night and weekend work in order to remain available for area(s) of oversight.
