About the Role
HC Solutions Group is partnering with a leading Plano-based cardiac outpatient center to recruit a full time Nuclear Medicine Technologist. This role focuses on advanced cardiac imaging in an outpatient setting, offering a consistent weekday schedule and a highly specialized clinical environment.
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform nuclear medicine and PET imaging procedures with an emphasis on cardiac diagnostics, ensuring high quality imaging, patient safety, and adherence to established protocols.

Schedule
- Full Time
- Day Shift
- Monday through Friday
- Rotating shifts: 6:30am to 3:00pm - 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Saturday shifts available on a voluntary basis
- Cardiac outpatient imaging setting
Responsibilities
- Perform high quality nuclear medicine, PET, and cardiac imaging procedures according to protocol
- Evaluate image quality and ensure diagnostic accuracy
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and in compliance with protocols
- Maintain strict radiation safety standards for patients and staff
- Prepare patients for procedures and clearly explain imaging processes
- Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately during procedures
- Maintain imaging equipment and perform quality control checks
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and imaging teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate documentation in PACS and EMR systems
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of radiopharmaceuticals
- Support onboarding and training of new technologists
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience required
- Cardiac imaging experience required
- ARRT-N or CNMT certification required
- Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist license (MRT) required
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Strong understanding of cardiac imaging and nuclear medicine protocols
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced outpatient environment
- Strong communication and patient care skills
