Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of Project Managers, Superintendents, and teams
- Drive project profitability, forecasting, and risk management across multiple projects
- Ensure consistent execution of schedules, cost controls, and company processes
- Mentor and develop PMs and future leaders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; support project pursuits and repeat business
- Partner with preconstruction on project strategy, budgets, and planning
- Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all teams
- 10 years in commercial construction
- Proven experience leading multiple large-scale projects or teams
- Strong financial acumen and operational leadership
- Ability to develop teams and drive accountability
- Client-focused with strong communication and leadership skills
- Salary: Starting at $150,000 , based on experience
