Role DescriptionThe Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for various construction projects, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with project managers and design teams. Duties will include reviewing project plans and specifications, conducting material take-offs, collecting vendor and subcontractor pricing, and preparing bid proposals. The Senior Estimator will also assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the preconstruction process.
