Position Summary
The House Person supports the Housekeeping Department by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This position assists Room Attendants and other housekeeping team members by delivering supplies, removing trash and soiled linens, maintaining housekeeping closets, and ensuring guest and operational areas meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest corridors, elevators, stairways, public areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies to guest floors and assigned areas.
- Collect and transport soiled linens and remove trash and debris in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Assist Room Attendants with housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping closets, carts, and supply areas in an organized manner.
- Respond promptly to requests from guests, Room Attendants, supervisors, and other hotel departments.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damaged property, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist with moving furniture, rollaway beds, cribs, mattresses, and other equipment as required.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures related to cleanliness, sanitation, safety, security, and guest service.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
- Support the overall housekeeping operation and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements
