Barista / Cook Hybrid – Mill House Cafe
We’re looking for a new face to join the team at Mill House Cafe in Franklin.
This is a "best of both worlds" role. We need someone who can pull a great shot of espresso and handle the morning/lunch rush behind the counter, but who also isn't afraid to jump in the kitchen to prep and plate made-to-order meals.
The Schedule & Pay
We’re looking for someone to work minimum of 2 days a week (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM). You’ll split your time between two roles:
- 1-2 Days as Barista (depending on business needs): $10.00–$12.00/hr Tips. Customer service, espresso craft, and keeping the front-of-house vibe high.
- 2 Days as Cook: $11.00–$13.00/hr (No Tips). Made-to-order breakfast/lunch and light prep.

Where You’ll Be
This position is based in Franklin. If you are willing to commute to our Bowling Green location for emergencies or extra hours, that is a plus, but it is not a requirement.

- Experience: Previous kitchen or barista experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay: Up to $13.00 per hour
