The Installation Assistant works closely with lead installers and project managers to prepare sites, transport materials, and perform hands-on tasks that facilitate smooth installation processes. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in installation, construction, or a related field.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in installation environments.
- Basic technical knowledge related to the specific equipment or systems being installed.
- Certification in OSHA safety training or similar workplace safety programs.
