Job Description
- Coordinate our technician's work routes via email and phone.
- Facilitate communication between our client companies, customers, and our technicians.
- Help resolve customer conflicts over the telephone.
- Schedule and complete service tickets
- Communicate well with technicians to create organized workflow and eliminate errors.
- Enter information into our database and perform simple administrative functions.
- Track and organize installer and technician paperwork.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports and other duties as assigned.
- Accurately completes timecards.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Interface and assist all JMG team members with technical information necessary to improve service to our customers.
- Must be capable of learning and using the appropriate software and electronic tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective negotiation and good analytical skills.
- Good time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Working knowledge of Window's Operating System, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
