Position: Production Associate

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Pay: $17.50/hour

Experience: Prior experience in commercial production or warehouse work is a plus but not required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

HB Staffing is seeking a Production Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

Position Requirements

• A food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
• Keep an open line of communication with management about breaks and mealtimes.
• Bring strong communication and people skills to the team.
• Stay calm and focused in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.
• Be open to feedback—it helps us all improve and work better together.
• Look for ways to grow, learn new skills, and take on new challenges.
• Value teamwork, hard work, and a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Be comfortable working part or all of your shift in a freezer—we’ll provide the cold weather gear!
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements such as bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly. Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Maintain situational awareness and adhere to company and regulatory safety protocols.
• Ability to consistently meet a minimum of 350 boxes, per shift.
• Employees must be available to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
