Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring the quality of our products. Experience in plastic injection molding is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform job setup inspections per procedures and work instructions
- Document and log inspection results using a computer-based system
- Maintain proper quality documentation and control samples at each machine
- Retain control and defect sample products as required
- Verify finished products meet all documented specifications
- Identify, quarantine, and report any non-conforming products
- Follow all company policies, including safety and housekeeping standards
- Assist with other quality duties as needed
- Work overtime as required
- Lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs
Tools & Knowledge
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of or experience using:
- Blueprints
- Dimensional tolerances
- Work orders
- Pin gauges, height gauges, go/no-go gauges
- Quality procedures and work instructions
Required Experience
- Quality Control in Manufacturing: 2 years
- Microsoft Office: 4 years
- Blueprint Reading: 1 year
- Plastic Injection Molding: 1 year (preferred but not mandatory)
