Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing to meet individual client needs.
- Provide specialized services (Laser Hair, Hydro-facials, etc)
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their skin type and concerns.
- Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to document treatments, client preferences, and progress.
- Assist in sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and packages that align with clients’ goals.
- Stay current on industry trends such as esthetic laser advancements, color theory for makeup artistry, and new techniques in dermabrasion or tattooing.

Skills
- Proven experience in customer service with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for health safety standards.
- Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program; valid state license required.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management.
- Skilled in performing esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion.
