Job Summary
Responsible for organizing inventory, stocking shelves, processing incoming parts, labeling, and assisting customers/team members with part retrieval.
Responsibilities
- Receive, label, and store incoming vehicle parts
- Keep warehouse organized and clean
- Update inventory system (you can tell me which system you use—Hollander, Car-Part, etc.)
- Pull parts requested by sales staff
- Inspect parts for condition before resale
- Assist with shipping, packaging, and loading items
- Perform regular inventory counts
Possible Daily Scenarios
- A dismantler brings in parts; you label and enter them into the system
- Locating a specific part for a sales order
- Reorganizing shelves to make room for new inventory
- Packaging a part to be shipped out of state
Physical Demands:
- Lift up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- Stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills (Windows, inventory software).
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience in warehouse or automotive parts handling preferred.
