Responsibilities

• Responsible for leaf clean up and collection, yard cleanup, and grounds maintenance activities during the leaf season
• Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment safely, including leaf blowers, vacuums, trucks, and company vehicles
• Ensure proper use of horticulture tools and landscape maintenance equipment to maintain high standards of quality
• Enforce safety protocols and provide guidance on safe outdoor work practices to team members

Requirements

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or groundskeeping with a focus on outdoor work environments is required
• Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and grounds maintenance techniques
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently; experience with irrigation systems is a plus
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles or trucks required for transporting crew and equipment
• Drug & nicotine free work environment
• DOT medical card and chauffeur license is required
