Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This job will require open availability with shifts ranging from mornings (8:00am-4:00pm), nights (1:30pm-9:30pm), mid-shifts (11am-7pm) and MUST be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking and ordering products.
- Provide support to management and other staff members as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Handle phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of cannabis laws and regulations.

Skills
- Proficiency in retail sales and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to accurately handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations.
- Fluency in English, with a second language an asset.

- Proficiency in using a cash register and handling cash transactions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to respond to customer inquiries.
