Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a CAD/BIM Designer-Revit MEP in our Tampa, Hollywood or Orlando, Florida office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of Revit models, Revit families, and CAD base files for use in creating contract documents.
- Ability to design piping layouts in Revit to produce enlarged plans, sections, and details for various process mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (Site Civil, Structural, Architectural, HVAC, Electrical, and I&C) to help resolve design conflicts and challenges.
- Executing redlines from Engineers and senior CAD/BIM Designers.
- Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards.
- Ambition to learn, communicate effectively, and collaborate with other designers.
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a technical school with CAD design certificate or Associate’s degree with emphasis on Revit MEP preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using Revit MEP and AutoCAD required.
- Experience leading and coordinating drawing production for small to medium sized projects.
- Some design experience with water and/or wastewater projects desired.
- Basic understanding of process mechanical piping, chemical piping, and associated pipe materials and fittings for Water, Wastewater and Pump Station facilities
