What You’ll Be Doing

· Process approximately 100 incoming invoices per week with accuracy and consistency

· Generate and manage outgoing customer invoices

· Track and update accounting KPIs to support leadership insight

· Prepare and verify Driver Pay Settlement Reports before payroll

· Post and reconcile ACH and credit card payments

· Assist in month-end closing and GL reconciliations

· Set up new vendors and customers in accounting software

· Reconcile and resolve invoice discrepancies, rebills, and credits

· Provide coverage and support for the Accounting Manager as needed

· Prepare custom accounting and financial reports when requested

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting degree preferred)

· 3 years of general ledger accounting experience

· Proficiency in QuickBooks (required) and Microsoft Office

· Experience with NetSuite (strong plus)

· Familiarity with TriumphPay or transportation industry accounting (bonus)

· Strong attention to detail and organization

· Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors and team members

· Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
