We pride ourselves in offering a beverage selection that includes a wide variety of local Texas spirits, craft beers, handcrafted cocktails, and an unparalleled, award-winning wine list. OUR BAR BACKS & SERVICE BARTENDERS:
- Possess a deep love and knowledge or whiskey, wine, and beer
- Craft cocktails that are Hand Tooled and Gussied Up
- Understand the balance of showmanship and efficiency
- Pride themselves on their close attention to detail
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICAITONS:
- Minimum one (1) year restaurant and bar experience
- Must be able to read, write, & speak English
- Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
