The North America ISC Finance Director acts as a business partner to North America business of Hayward Holdings, a fast-growing global manufacturer and marketer of pool equipment. The successful candidate is responsible for managing financial performance of multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers in North America, driving accounting accuracy and compliance, leading forecast and budget, and providing analytical excellence to support executives’ decision making. This is a leadership position with high exposure to global operation and supply chain leadership team and C-suite executives. This position requires strong analytical and leadership skills, acumen in manufacturing operations and cost accounting, proficiency in financial management with strategic mindset to lead changes and business transformation and drive for sustainable savings and improvements.
