**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to join our team. The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for coordinating purchases of various materials and supplies to support our operations. **Duties:** - Process purchase orders and requisitions - Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among suppliers - Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Coordinate with production planning to ensure timely delivery of materials - Utilize SAP or similar software for procurement activities - Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in maintaining accurate records of purchases and pricing **Experience:** - Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or materials management - Familiarity with inventory management practices - Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers - Knowledge of supply chain management principles - Experience with E-commerce platforms is a plus This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in procurement and contribute to the efficient operation of our organization.
