FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE FOR LAW FIRM

Job description

We are looking for a Full Time Receptionist/ Front Desk Representative to update files, scan documents, answer telephones and other similar administrative tasks. Your goal will be to perform the job with little to no errors, learn quickly, and handle a big volume of calls

 Although we are a debt collection firm, our collections handles all correspondence with debtors. We handle all filing and processing with the courts and communication with opposing counsels. This is a great position for someone looking to enter the legal field. We provide extensive on-the-job training and work directly with our new hires.

Responsibilities

-Answering the telephone line and forwarding calls accordingly.

-Attending to in-office visitors and handle day to day tasks efficiently.

-Scan correspondence and distribute to staff accordingly.

-Work on outbound mail, timely prepare letters to go out via Mailing Service.

-Update files, scan documents into our system.

-Ordering office supplies as needed.

-Other clerical tasks as needed.

Skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong determination to learn and will be a good team player. We are high volume firm, so the candidate will have to be attentive to details, will have the ability to work under pressure with little to no errors. 

Office experience is preferred, but not required.

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION MON-FRI.
