The Role
• Provide complex user experience guidance and technical expertise, encompassing user research, testing, interactive design, and visual design.
• Review research findings, user personas, and provide guidance for the creation of concepts, information architecture, UI designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications.
• Drive synthesis of complex situations and information across multiple factors.
• Mentor and train more junior designers, contributing to team processes and organization.
• Act as a strong communicator, advocating for user experience and ensuring understanding across cross-functional teams.
• Operate within a Studio-centric model, executing under limited supervision.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, user experience, design, human computer interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience.
• A portfolio showcasing your work is required.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Ability to build effective relationships and give constructive design feedback.
• Comfort in applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
