What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Product Manager position at Haystack?

The Role
• Define application wellness strategy and roadmaps to enable modernization and manage technical debt.
• Partner closely with application teams, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure solutions align with Enterprise Architecture standards while improving technology health and resiliency.
• Develop product strategy, vision, and roadmaps from ideation to launch.
• Facilitate product teams and diverse stakeholder groups throughout the product management lifecycle.
• Conduct internal and external discovery for new and existing products, validating solutions with end users.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile best practices.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve complex problems.
